Denis Gessing
"The Ol'Storyteller"
Besides being a performance storyteller, Denis has worked as an actor, writer, television and film director.He has a degree in film from The School of Visual Arts, New York City and did his graduate work in film/television at UCLA. He also holds a certificate in American Sign Language Interpretation from El Camino College in Torrance Ca.
Denis has told stories from the classroom to the boardroom. libraries, conferences, festivals,churches and private parties.
Denis also has a background in human services, working for people with disabilities and survivors of traumatic brain injury. To learn about his workshop, click here.
